To book directly through RAMCOL, LLC call Rob using this number. You'll pay 10% less than a booking through VRBO, and will include a $95 cleaning fee.
Once your dates are approved, we require a 50% deposit, using a credit card through “SQUAREUP” and the remaining 50% will be due a week before you check in.
There is also a fully refundable damage deposit of $250.

You have the option of booking this cabin directly through VRBO. If so, you will pay a little more for the service fees.
Current standard rules are as follows:
- Minimum age 25.
- Two night minimum (five night minimum high demand weeks).

- $217 standard weekday
- $235 standard weekend
- $50 daily surcharges at high seasons
- $250 refundable deposit
