• We require a 50% deposit, using a credit card through “SQUAREUP” 
• the remaining 50% will be due a month before you check-in
• We carry our own insurance to protect our guests.
• There is also a fully refundable damage deposit of $750, or, if you prefer, you can pay a nonrefundable fee of $59 which covers incidental damages from normal use.  Just let us know which you prefer upon booking.
